SQL error HELP!!! plz

I get this error when trying to make a DB i have reinstalled it 3 times now still no joy.

Is the SQL Server running? Sounds silly but you never know.
Are you sure your getting the connection details correct?

Can you even get in to the SQL enterprise? Because if you can when you expand
Microsoft SQL Servers>
SQL Server Group>
There will be a computer which should have a green tick by it, if its red this could be why like preacher said, if you right click it and click start this should sort it out(maybe).

Also make sure, start>Program Files>Microsoft SQL Server>SQL Manager is running, not 100% sure if its needed but I always have it running

if your using sql 2000, upload the backupdb not the one your downloading cus sql2000 isnt compatable with the latest db's

Iv done that & when i right click & press start i get the same error, Im building a new pc 2morow so ill try installing it o that & see what happens.

had this problem earlier when was round cuzions, u may have installed the acctualy setup wrong.

its sql 2000 i got it from microsoft's website, how can i check if its a trial or not?

How long has it been since you first installed it? Unless you paid over £1000 for a key then you will be on a trial.

First installed it hmmmm how long have the files need'ed sql lol since files went from access to sql.

Ware can i get a crack or the full vision plz?
