it seems you are using alot of your ram how much memory do you have in

That'll be down to Maya and open projects in PS, plus a heavily tabbed session on firefox, multiple drives being used for work which aren't properly maintained and indexed, etc etc. It's not normal for me to be using so much.

It's not a cause for concern at present, but rest assured if it were I would have upgraded.
