Buy Sell Repair NPC Info

This isnt gonna be very usefull for any1 really as every1 seems to use special repair making items limitless but on the NPC's u will notice they have numbers above ei,
%100
+10
+11
+15
+53

Now im 99% certain that the %100 means that if you have 100% red pk that npc wont talk to you,
Iv spent a few hours tryin to work out the relation to the other numbers and finally cracked it, in NPC's such as armour the numbers represent the STD_Mode found in your database, adding the STD Mode eg 10 and 11 for armours will allow that NPC to buy/sell and repair those items, so you can make a single NPC buy everything and anything this way, hope this helps people!
Adding these numbers will allow all rings/bracers/weps/armours/helmets/boots/neckys to be sold or bought or repaired

The %100 is the value at which it sells the items back to you.

In this case it sells them at normal price (the one set in the SQL). %200 would double the value.. etc etc.

You cannot change the value at which it buys the item off you, and you cannot go less than %100.
