changing client font

i made a thread about this years back. but never got an answer because ppl didnt want to share.

how do i change the clients font? i love officials font, its so tidy.

I believe they are using Tahoma, and we're using Arial.

Iv changed the three fonts in cmlist.dat, but it doesnt affect a thing.

any ideas?

I think its hardcoded in the client exe, I could be wrong, but if you change your regional settings to chinese prc for example the font changes ingame too.

apparently you can hex it. so hoping that works just the same.

you'd think after all these years of having server files we'd have a client we can manipulate by now.

No cause we don't have the source for the 3G files, we do JOB but not 3G.
