Delphi DataBase Common sense?

Right if i can get Delphi to read a database and output it as a txt file surely i can get it to output it as php im 50% there right?

Think he means he has a Database program of some kind in Delphi which outputs the Tables, Records or somethin into a .txt file.

He wants to output it in a .php file as he has done it in a .txt he thinks he's 50% there.

Unless he onabout some kind of website programming with Delphi?
