2.3 server problems

hi all got 2 slight problems

1st one is when i load up the m2 i get about 500 errors about not being able to load maps ( yes i have put them into the right file ) ( i hope )

and the 2nd . i can log in but when it gets to where u make a char it says fatal error or something like that

any help ?

Make sure you have all those maps in Mir200/Map not Mir200/Map/Map

i fixed the fatal error thing but now i dont get a ok screen any help?
