My Network.

Well was just playing COD on my PS3 there and realised I was getting really laggy, which I never do so went on to my LAN Page and saw there were 2 PCs connected wirelessly to my router now I know I have security on my router so I just made it so the 2 people can't connect via WLAN.

Now for some questions :

1. Is there anything nasty I can do to these people when I let them connect to my network again? If so how?

2. Is there a way to send messages to the person through them being connected to my router? I could have lots of fun with that lol.

The first thing you need to do is change from WEP to WPA/2 cause your encryption level on WEP is crap and anyone can crack it with ease. They shouldn't beable to crack a WPA/2 encryption, but if they can. You can setup using a dummy DMZ pc that will load a webpage when they connect and inject what ever you want into there machine.

Not going to say how to do this, as that is not what lomcn is about but google is your friend.

You could always use the IP they have connected to, to RDP into there machine and use the open admin account to login if it's not disabled. Or even use the windows message system to send them a messgae and say hi.

Hehe harsh! I dont normaly check mine as i live next to the beach with lots of old people as neighbours who probly dont know how to turn a pc on let alone use the internet.

As long as they have an IP address on you lan, then they are connected to your network. Have fun exploring..........
