Still hitting when petrified?

I've disabled all cheats, but when I'm paralyzed I can't walk (it's ok), but I can still hitting :S

Any knows if it's possible to remove this?

you cant use spells either and i dont belive you can stop this....

I got told on infinity it was the same, you could turn off being able to run when para'd but couldn't stop being able to hit if next to the player or monster.
