heya guys my pc comes tomorrow and it has an hdmi socket on the g card , my tele is a hd tele , can i just use a hdmi cable to the tele and it will work?

Yes. You could even have used a normal monitor wire (the one with the blue connector, well at least mine is) if you had a slot on your TV for it.

guys ok i got me new pc but sound wont work through the tele , how can i make this work.

You need to go into options and set the sound to come through the hdmi cable properly. failing that get a jack to jack cable from ur pc sound card to ur t.v

you will need to connect the audio cable where you have one audio connector at one end and a dual connector at the other end.
Connect the single connector to the audio ouput of the pc and the dual connector to the audio input on your TV screen.
although some newer pc's just have single connectors each end, its usually a light green colour the green end goes into the green slot on the back of ur PC and the other end goes into the back of your tele which should say either audio in, or RGB or both!
