If anyone has ever played Final Fantasy 8 you will know of the game Triple Triad this was one of the most entertaining parts of playing FFVIII.

In the near future I will be looking to implement this game into the Elysian files, the idea is to have the users be able to collect something and instead of idling away AFK in places waiting for bosses or whatever they can play this game.

The game will consist of cards for every monster in game, the stronger the monster the stronger the card and the rarer the card will be.

You can win these cards from other players or get them in drops, each user will be provided with a set of base cards which will be some low level monsters.

Each card has 4 numbers from 1-Ace, the cards are placed on a 3 by 3 grid and the higher numbers side by side with other numbers takes that card, the person with the most taken cards at the end wins the game and selects 1 card from the opponents deck to have.

When players become an EliteClass member a card will be generated for that user 1 and 1 only the player can lose this card like any other card.

More to come in future, this i just one of the many custom ideas we have in the pipeline.

if i wanted to play a card game id go play 1, for me... i dont think it suits mir

preacher had the same/similar idea as u tho with there bein cards for every boss ingame and ur able to "battle" them.

this isnt pokemon, keep to mir ideas imo!

As usual trying to piss on everyones bonfire.

For me this is a good idea, your ever going to like it or you aint, and for those who like it will enjoy it, it will be a nice little project for you to concentrate on in ur spare time, as another addition to the server, as this has never been atempted b4.

Its a good Idea ben needs to get a life and realise life isnt just about him and fourheroes and that not everyone has the same likes / dislikes, people may like it some may not. ninja

Maybe you should focus on making a playable server first.

This maybe your first original idea, but its so far away from mir its just completely useless to the game style of mir.

I'd say focus on sorting out the mess you made with an amazing set of files.
Then focus on bringing something new to the game.

its a good idea... i just dont like it, so wot? he asked ppls opinions, i think its lame, but obviously others like it... i highly doubt me dislikin it is not gonna make him do it. if i thought it was a gr8 idea id have backed preacher when he suggested to do it on fourheros.. i said its an ok idea, but im not fond of it, so i let him get on with it

I quite like the idea, as long as i could play people that you don't have to be standing next to. But really you'd have to play in a safezone or your be an easy pk target. Good idea though for when your bored or need a break from leveling.

The only downside i could see is that all the higher levels that can acctually kill the better bosses will have the most powerful cards :/ so say a level 20 can kill Bone Elite (example) - they get a bone elite card, but this still wont compare to someone who can kill DD for example - would just take alot of balancing and testing.

Good idea though :]
