if not ill want my own section too
As far as im aware, this project isn't open source, so why should it get a section compared to the likes of Elysian, FourHeroes, Degeneration and any other coding projects that aren't open source?
probably because this will soon be open source after we will give some active feedback in the developping.. no?
if also one of the servers you named says that they will give source out then i would fight for them in having a section aswell..

True, but why should he freely give away the source for it to be leached, when it's not even fully ready to his tastes yet. This set of files could very well lead Mir into a new stage of development... enough of the Limited 2.3 TD's crap, and enough of the "tonnes of bugs" 2.6 crap.
When he's finished it he's already promised releasing it, thus a section should be given. If he fails to provide on his answer, remove the section...?
At least it would remove the god damn spam that's going into a single thread, and he can moderate it himself to his liking...

It could, but as Jamie has said to me, he will only release sources after his server for security reasons. So until he does release them, I don't see why it should get a whole section.
As then its just a section for a server.
Yea that's true tbh. I mean it would be a bit unfair on others. He should get it all sorted out at some point though, when he's ready.

How to Install, Download and Extract Data into a New Folder. Download and Extract Client into that New Folder After, thats then Completed. To confirm in that new Folder you will have Data Folder, Maps Folder, Client.exe and Library.dll.
If the Client Failed to load you mean need, Microsoft Framework 2.0 22Mb, Or you may need to update your Direct X 0 - 90Mb. If the client still fails to load, Try update your graphics card, Still not loading Contact me on MSN for further assistance, You can find my MSN in my profile.
Notes:
Window Mode is advised, although you can go full screen if you wish, You can change resolution but I cannot guarentee that it will still function properly with this client.
The Close button on the Character Page Doesn't function, Its on my to do list, I have taken the spawns out at the moment, You will start in BW SZ. You can PK each other, You cannot log out of the Game to character select screen atm, you need to press Alt +F4 to Quit the game at this time, Assassin weapons Haven't been fully coded yet (This will be done tomorrow along with the other points mentioned).
The reason for this is for you to get a sense of how laggy/smooth the client is and hopfully give me some feedback on areas i have missed.

is that a regular sized client? if so how the hell did you get it so small
It contains 10 Mobs, All the Mir 2 Map objects and Map Tiles, and the interface File.
great.. can't wait to log on and see the first things...
just a small question: will u be releasing after completing the server some tools to edit the client files? like a mapeditor, a wileditor and so on?

i got a problem in testing it..
when i start the client i get this error:
i have installed the directx and also the microsoft net 2.0.. actually i got net 2.0, also the sp2 and net 3.5 and the 3.5 sp1.. which means i think it shouldn't be an issue with the net framework..
other specs: i'm on a 1000H eeepc with 1024x600, cpu atom n270, 2gb ram, intel graphics.. windows xp sp3 and not sure what other spec you could need. if you need more info just ask.. btw i added you on my msn.
