Are there any basic coding tutorials i can slowly learn off?
really bored and all mir3 servers dying so i thought i could try learn 2 code :

The Question is : What exactly do you want?

- Building a client? ( you need knowledge in Delphi (or other language) and knowledge in DX7,8 or 9 )
- Building a server? ( you need knowledge in Delphi (or other language) and knowledge in Mir3 C/S protocol)
- or anything?

as a old programmer I can you say, it is not so easy as a beginner...
Game programming is more coding as clicky / dropy ;-)

You just want to do scripts then if so look on extreme servers guide for scripting m8..

Just had alook on http://www.xtreme-server.co.uk/forum...orum.php?f=283 some good info BUT the link is broken so i can't download a there files, anyone got a spare copy of them? :S

I'd recommend searching on here for 'Mir Clash'. The sources were released a while a go, it has fully working mir3 maps reads mir3 wils, so all you need to do is code in the content you want.

files are in C#, so easy if you're new to programming.
