You give me 1 answer on how Rift has imporved from WoW and Aion, don't say the graphics because Aion beats it hands down and it's hard for me to say this but WoW beats Rifts gameplay all day long, whats the point in playing a new game if games before it are much better? I have actually played better F2P games then Rift, i mean come on i bet half of this community playing Rift would never have known about it if i never posted it here.
But if you think Rift is good then fairplay to ya, but i bet alot of people in this topic will be moving to another game in the next month.
dunno same old, its like wow with update graphics, different classes, but its all the same really, kill this many mobs- get this lvl-get this kit-do this instance- do this raid- done.

You just described an mmorpg. Underneath they are all the same, just reskined and renamed.
And this isn't how tera is? You don't hit mobs to level up? You don't get kit to gain stats? You don't run instances for exp and items? You don't run raids for the same reason?
Oh wait, I forgot, in tera you aim your camera at the mob you want to hit. MINDBLOWINGLY INNOVATIVE AND AMAZING.
Do you really play a game only to see if its better then a prior game? I play a game because I enjoy playing it not because it has a wagon to jump on.
And yes I do think Rift is a good game can you honestly say its not good? Saying games are better depends on your own preference if you prefer to play a game that will kill your computer over half a year or a game you can **** too then fairplay.
Free2Play games don't interest me in the slightest as they are made and thrown together not to be free2play but to make money from their gameshops, show me one free2play game which has a gameshop and also has people who havn't used it to gain advantages. At least on pay2play their is no unfair advantages.

You like to talk alot of **** and like to sound like you know what your talking about but don't like it when someone has a different opinion? If you don't want to play or dont like the game then why troll the thread?
And you really think that the new targeting system in Tera will make it better? people will get bored of it.

Why are you bringing Tera into this? lol, i would much prefer B&S but no news on EU release so Tera will be my next game to play, hell i may not even like it, i not played it yet but from what i seen and heard it seems like it's the kinder game for me.

This made me lol, go back a page and did i give my opinion? look at the reaction i got from you, your saying i can't have my opinion now? I played alot of mmo's over the years and i posted the ones which i thought people he might like, check my topics and check to see if they are popular, so i think i know what am talking about.
Every game has it's flaws and i was just pointing them out, this topic was made for open discussion, if you can't handle bad criticism for this game my suggestion is gtfo and have a nice day.

Tera you have full control over your character, this means you can dodge attacks, you have total control over you hits, Animation in Tera is beyonnd any other mmo out there, graphics in Tera wipe the floor with Rift do i really need to go on? If people want a game no different from others out there then play Rift but i suggest you read up on upcoming mmos before buying rift, am just saving people from wasting their money.

If all games are the same why do people move on to different games? if you said that on any mmo fourm you would get slaughtered, it's just like saying why do you people play WoW when they can play MIR.. lolz.

Look at rift, all you have to do is stand in 1 spot and hit tbh you could fk off for 10mins and come back and you will be doing the same crap.

I don't need to play it to realise how good the graphics and animation are mate.
Aion was a PVP mmo, but because they messed up rifting and made pvp too hard alot of the community left. Yet you comment on things you have no idea about.
Is it me or has Wond still not said whats so great about Rift? am sure iv asked like 2-3 times now YET hes still to answer.
I have no idea about Aion? I played IA for about 6 months, pretty sure I said that already to you. Point being, graphics do not make a game, nor do "AIM YOUR CAMERA HERE TO HIT" gimmicks either.

i think ive come to the conclusion, i hate ALL MMORPGs
and the only game i do like is mir, i think i shud just give up trying to find another game like mir,as there's none out there. i think i like the fact on mir u have to aim ur hits, nto just click on the player, put a stick on ur head and repeatedly bash the keyboard till there dead.
im sure i cud play rift for a month or so, as mmorpgs r addictive, like WOW, played that for 2months, but cant seem to play a MMORPG Longer than that, but been playing mir nearly 8 years now.
gonna download rift anyway, and give it a crack see if i can get into it for a couple of weeks
