Downloading SQL Express v86.

As title, when i download SQL everything downloads except the Exe. Tried download it separate and still no luck, don't know whats going on but any help please?

P.S Dont know if this is in the right section, but hey ho.

what do you mean it all downloads but the exe? Why don't you just download the exe itself then extract it?

Tried that numerous amount of times, Been trying all day begging to get on my tits. I download everything needed, the only thing that doesnt download is the Database itself.
