yeh a 40+ cave with harder mobs that 80+ that gives less exp than the starter cave??

Not going to lie. I'm rather pissed off that we only just get the server online and within three hours, there has already been a DDOS attack. They're not sure if it's a direct attack on this server or the network in general yet.

They're supposed to have DDOS protection anyway though.

I'll keep you updated as soon as I hear anything.

It's probably a fellow server owner who feels threatened by losing some of their user count. I'm only annoyed at the downtime but I'd love to know who's doing it.

you should have an apc reboot option in your billing panel, im requesting a kvm from the DC just to be safe so leave it with me and ill try from here to get it back

Good news, the dedi company seem to think that it wasn't an attack at Hidden Mist. Problem is resolved and I am booting up the M2 as we speak.

"apc" is sort of like an intelligent power extention cord,

basicaly servers put your server into the apc rather then directly into the power network
you can remote reboot the server because you can basicaly remotely turn off the power for a second or so
aka instant hardware reboot

(the apc also makes it possible to run 1 server off 2 different power networks etc but that's not something you care about )

Would like to request a recall necklace back from GM's, due to server rebooting on it's own and without warning we lost a recall necklace to the server, Lightning died in ST KR and dropped it and I was on the way back to get it, here is a screenshot for proof - check time stamp..it was just before server went down which we could not have known was going to happen.
