alternatively if you don't have that, add them to the hair wil for the hats i imagine, and graphics folder > weapon wil or add to your normal weapon wil.
i would imagine using hair wil, then maybe use qfunction via stdmodefunc command which is added to the item in the db, to change hair when they are equipped.
pretty much what nemo said, add em to graphics>weapon , named 100.wil onwards , then add the shape into db (cant remember the exact number it starts at for 2.3)
