I want start a mir 3 server

Hello all i want start a mir III server and i reallly need help

My ideas:

Want make a server witch can be a healthy one (long life)
i've played manny servers (atm) and i want to make one(my personal)
I want make a low rate server (same as zentaur or hasekura)
Kits between 1-100
Ballanced war wiz tao (no own class:mutant skils for tao war or wizz) (for all who know )
Own items sistem witch player can use to make his own items by sending to the GM the necessary materials
Manny manny maps witch player can explore alone and never booring
PvP allowed ,becos is verry interesting (by guild warrs and etc..)
Skills using fps upto lvl 8
Nobility titles :lord baron viscount etc..
Primary sistem is fps (you got fps you can do all u want with them between upgrading own items etc..)

once beta past the test i will move my server to a dedi witch mean 24/7 online

im newb on this thins but im angry on all who open and close a server or a server is long life but nothing interesting so i told i want my own server

im loooking for ppls who know how to do a server and i will reward them

can i have a tutorial ? how to do a mir 3 server? and from where to dl. them? please i really dedicated to do a great server

If you have the confidence to build the server yourself and you can host as well as support your server, then go ahead and work on one. I'm a noob myself to the files and since I've had the server running, I'm picking things up really quickly, you just to apply the time and willingness to learn everything with the files.

you will laught on me but atm i dont find the mysql enterprise manager ,god damn it ,any help by downloanding site plz? im using windows xp sp3 (damn)

Mysql? I'ts MSSQL (MicroSoft)!

Try SQLEVAL. If you feel that you can keep the server, then download a full version. That's what I recommend to you.
