Contrary to what the staff thought and still think, this server isn't owned by me. However I am an admin and developer of the server and will continue to be so.
I'm not going to run through the jist of the server, as most of you all ready know about it. but if you want to catch up or get a heads up on what we are doing, then you can read the following thread HERE. Since the server went down in February (Phantom aka Lloyd) lost his internet connection due to going bankrupt (it was one of the stipulations of the County court).
We have been working on this tirelessly (or when we've got a minute to work on it), we have taken into account everything that everyone said on the forum and have done so many changes to the server. We have also made a copy of the server, using Holley 3.55, this is so that if it doesn't work as well as what we want it to on Kings, then we can do the switch to Holley without any problems (My ideas as I'm not 100% keen on King).
The website & forum should be back up and running again in the next few days, we are only just waiting Lloyd's misses to finish the design for it all.

As I said, a lot of work has been done to the server. It will be staying at x16, but with my magic we have custom areas that offer almost up to x128. Most of the features are still the same as before, but with a bigger difference to them, but I won't tell you what those are until release.
We've added in a refine system with a difference for weapons, you can still do the standard upgrades, but as you level through each stage or Mir, you gain weapon experience points. This aid in upgrading certain features of the weapon, IE: you can add in bag weight to the weapon (Not something any other server has done). The refine system also keeps track of your kills and activating certain quests systems, will allow you to upgrade your weapon with experience points. So if you need your weapon to level 15 very quickly, then you can do that with this.
We also have out item refine, which as with the weapon refine you gain experience to upgrade. There are limits to the amount you can upgrade to, but you can push the boundaries with this and get it further (But it is at a high cost).
As I said we do have a lot of things that have been done, we've increased the hunting areas to around 10 per every 50 levels. So at each stage of leveling, you do open up newer areas (Which you do get a system message to advise of this). We've also added in a few bonus areas, for when you meet a certain criteria to enter them.
Now I've not seen this on any other server, but I could be wrong. We have an achievement system, where you gain certain achievements and then gain certain rewards for getting them. IE: You've killed 60 WT and you get a WT horn free (This is only an example and is not true to the game)
Now the bad news, though we have been working on this sever and it is almost ready for release. We currently don't have a host, unfortunately I can't host it, as I'm on shitty Sky and no matter how much I complain they won't sort my router out and so can't host it and with Phantoms current situation he can't. We are currently looking and working with a dedi host at the moment, so hopefully we can get up and running soon. But at the moment we have no ETA for the live date, it's all about finding the correct host for what we need.
I'll post up the details tomorrow of some of the features we have added to the server and hopefully get some screenys for you, as I need to go to Phantoms to do this and hopefully Phantom has learn't his lesson about putting up a rushed server.
