I study Computing at University, please don't talk to me about the Misuse of Data act. This is NOT a discussion about a law that has so many loopholes, and you're being retarded again; think:

I don't see how I can be ridiculed by children, who seem to have the intellect of a single celled organism. You also clearly don't have the knowledge on the subject in the slightest, as your still learning, which would make you a child still. If you did have the knowledge as you seem to think you do, then you would be aware of certain key legislation in regards to the 1990 Computer Misuse Act and the amendments that where made to it with regards to The Police & Justice Act 2006, which you may want to read Section 35 - 38, this also included amendments to the Data Protection Act 1998.
But hay I'm dumb so I don't know about this, or the ISO's that certain companies have to use in order to protect themselves from Data Theft!
@Jealy - So the view on fact that Luke is not only stalking me and being very obsessive over it, makes IRL threats (You can be prosecuted just for telling someone your going to hurt them), but the fact you all seem to think he's this great person.
