I need new both but not interested in spending like £70+ a piece. I don't know what I'm looking for. Was thinking of getting some old razer stuff like this?!

Razer products are over rated imo. Get a Logitech keyboard/mouse you'll find it much cheaper and great to use.

Depends what you do on your computer, that razor mouse is a overpriced, 3500 dpi not bad but still overpriced.

4000 Dpi, extremely comfortable, you can change the weight of it, very good mouse if you like playing fps games or just general **** on the computer.

Keyboard wise i would say Logitech also.

Razor gear is good, but not the cheap stuff, they are just general mouse and keyboard which you can spend £10 and get something similar.

i got mouse and keyboard for 20£ and the keyboard has a roller ball and left and right click and that is logitech
had it for ages now and still work like when i 1st bought it

is DPI how fast a mouse goes? my mouse has 3 settings, normal, fast and stupid. i struggle to use fast lol

I have the exact same mouse & keyboard you linked in your first post Tai, they're great... also grab a Vespula (or a Sphex if you're not down for spending so much on a mat).

Razer products are over rated imo. Get a Logitech keyboard/mouse you'll find it much cheaper and great to use.

Their peripherals are second to none.

I just dislike their pricing, I have a razer lycosa keyboard myself and I do love it, just don't feel it was worth the money I spent on it xD

Lycosa is pretty much just the Arctosa with backlighting, you should have gone with an Arctosa for "value".

Precisely, information I needed to know but of course, Razer just put their most expensive product in front of me and I bought it. My mistake yes but, "reviews" on the internet are just full of crap nowadays and can't be taken seriously. If I knew you were an expert on Razer products I'd of come to you first :P

They're all good products, but honestly, I've had much less hassle with Logitech equipment. (My first Lycosa came and was pretty much fkd and had to return it due to the media function constantly spamming up and random keys becoming stuck lol)

Suppose we all have our favourites though when it comes to technology.

Indeed, I've used Razer for way over 5 years, since my first Diamondback mouse. The only "issue" I've come across was when I spilled a pretty-much full pint glass of juice on my old Arctosa (I'm on my second one)... it still worked but one by one certain keys started being unresponsive.

aye i love this thing ... i had a wireless one but i slowly realised how much it sucks when it runs out of battery.. >.<

If i may suggest Tai Stay away from Wireless :P

Big ass red ball right bang in the center of the mouse.. why? not sure if they are all like that, only had 1 experience with 1 and slit my wrists before i use one again.

Just my take on them.
