Guild Member Limit

Ok so I am limiting the amount of members a guild can have, which will hopefully stop single guild server and force leaders to be a little more selective with their members.

Im thinking about 15 (10 seems a little low, and 20 seems a little high dependent on the user base we are looking at).

What do ya's think?

I would start it kinda low and increase when server is more populated, just not got the user base to start it of middle and high. You want people to be spread around in different guilds.

Because if people wanted less or more per guild and there is no option then whats the point in them voting?

Maybe use some sort of guild levelling system, which will reward with more space for members or something.

Example:
Level 1 Guild - Allows 6 members in ( includes leaders )
Level 2 Guild - Allows 8 members in ( includes leaders )
Level 3 guild - Allows 9 members in ( includes leaders )
Level 4 guild - Allows 10 members in ( includes leaders )
Level 5 guild - Allows 12 members in ( includes leaders )

an maybe add like
Level1 guild - 6 members, 3 of all stats, elements or something
Level2 guild - 8 members, 5 of all stats, elements an so on..
