Please re think the event

Seriously what's the point in flooding the server with rares all it means is exodus will be overpowered and peeps won't bother playing. Got nothing against exodus but this is taking the piss as no other guilds in game can compete. Sort it out.....

Can't really blame GM's to be honest, overall the event a good, but it was always going to be dominated by exodus. I don't agree with those sort of events, should keep it simple like exp buff or something.

Events are events for a reason, if your not in the said guild, why dont you all join a guild together and try do something about it? Events are for everyone to be able to gain, not just one guild so knuckle down with a few people make a group and see what happens!

Couldn't get to the event cos of rl stuff. But from experience I can imagine the scenario.

Exodus don't need events to get rates, so what the guys are saying is correct.

It's a hard one for GM/admins on any server to handle tbh. Satisfying all requirements of all players from guilds/non guilder/high/lower levels.

Official servers years back came up with the likes of Easter events and event maps, I think to try and solve this dilemma.

From what they have said, it started as a test server, but(as the title of their thread says) it is now an "official" server. No wonder it has a lower user-count than the likes or Arcadia etc. It's because no one has a clue it's supposed to be an official server now not just for testing, it says so in the thread for the server too.

Of course they are still using it to test and find bugs, but then, any server that opens with these files will report bugs I'm sure. I dunno, I guess I'll let one of the ones actually running it butt in.

it cant seriously compete long term, it wasnt originally designed with long term in mind, it was designed to test the files stability.
