Just wondering where the fortuneteller/Astrologist npc is?

Usually he would be in the PK penalty area, but hes not

Is he located elsewhere? or just not ingame

ive asked a simple question, if you dont know where the npc is, or what the npc does, dont post.........


ps, why would you reward PK'rs behavior with a cave just for them, they should be punished...... silly.

because it could have a good twist ingame to have an evil side vs a good side of people... since people like to pk but not go red... maybe red should have some benefit that being white/yellow doesn't? would be cool to see.
