I already said that something should be done about the gains that have been made by exploiting.
Assuming almost all players have played before probably on more than one server they all know when somethings not right.
If you want to be picky about whose fault it is, devs for not noticing/doing their job/players for taking advantage
I offfer you a different reason for doing something to make them know you know what they were up to and show the rest of the players that this isnt acceptable on this server.
For not checking/asking if something they never seen before on any mir is they way its supposed to be, remove a level for EACH time they went into mm4f from start server to when it was stopped. If that means someone is level -12 then maybe make it half a level for each visit.

It's a live server what do you seriously expect ?

But as sam stated he dosen't feel people should go punished if they make a boo boo, yet if people don't report a bug/exploit and exploit it don't matter as it's the dev's fault... This is just going to make players not report exploits and guess what... yes exploit.

I don't care either way, iv'e not exploited nor played when it was (easier) and got to a reasonable level, but warriors suck so i'm making a wiz ;p

tbh most of the bugs thta have been exploited didnt have enough info on what they where suppose to do.

who knew you didnt mean to have killchain buffs stack? (i only ever got it stacking once anyway).
how rare platore was suppose to be (hard one because people will always take any advantage they can get).

I have seen you and your girlfriend on server after server. That isn't my opinion, that isn't my interpretation of something. That's memory of facts being in the same guild as you both sometimes and watching the buying and selling and the rest. You exploited mm4f a lot.

Yes shut up and play the game its a good server. But why don't we all play the same game?
You don't care that some players who are ingame 17/24 level 4 times as fast as you when you can only play evenings? When 8 or fewer level 43 players take yr boss because you are only level 33 and no chance catching up you wont care that they didn't have to put in the time and effort that you have to, right?

How can we punish others for our mistakes? A slap on the wrist seems fair... Repeat offenders will have a more serious punishment. Sam

It's simple really, we are all humans and as humans we make mistakes, be it taking the wrong exit on the motorway or forgetting to add a line to a code... These are minor mistakes but when someone comes along and notices that they can sell Town Teleports for 50k and buy them for 1k this is obviously a mistake. So as we all know the best way for coders, dev, owner to catch this mistake is to abuse the **** out of it right? These people clearly know these things should not be like this or in game all together and instead of reporting it they abuse it. I think it is this that makes it an offense worth of a ban or at least a suspension. Also as said it is the same people each server looking for the same easily abused bugs, so what is the problem with banning these prolific idiots?

Didnt really want to post on this but i had to when i saw your post and thats cause i disagree with it, If i remember right, we the players are here testing the contents meaning if a bug is found it should be reported back to you guys, no one is perfect and we all make mistakes but doesnt mean if someone found a bug and abuse it the dev/team is to be blamed..

I can see both sides, why pple get upset when high levels who exploited the MM and later at some bosses get the better of them, that smarts, but also see why the dev crew take the approach that it was settled with sufficiently.

Originally (as lev 33) I thought the 40+ levels came down to harvest some drops you get there, didn't realize it was the experience they were after. Its like if I found it advantageous to go level in Oma cave at my level 33 because of some feature like this stacking exp, plainly that wouldn't be right. On the other hand I also see that pple are not angels and will forget about fairness and go ahead and have a field day and make themselves even believe, that that is normal feature of the game. But its easy for me to say all this when I don't smart from it, having stopped playing sometimes after this exploit, and mostly that was for other reasons, not because of this thing. Still I can understand why it makes pple upset still.

This is my first private server I ever play besides Euro/USA official mir versions. The first week of this mir i was lvl 41+ if I recall correctly along with Vio.

I will not take my time and explain all over again, some people never see beyond a point for the same reason they are complaining here now. I never kept it a secret, as soon as I joined Exodus and people asked me where I am lvling they knew.

GM's here are cerebral enough to see through envy/flames/trolls and you name it.
