Is it possible to perhaps to some sort of LiveChat with the GMs (Via IRC or something) every few weeks?

The purpose would be a mix of live feedback, possible changes (Discussion) and various other bits and pieces.

What forum is for mate.

Also they stated a fair few times they are busy irl so they get limited time working on the server, lets not waste that time eh.

I think the problem with the forum is sometimes certain issues are buried under piles of **** (Plenty of derailed threads on the forums).

Currently we have empty Reboots slots (Changed to bi-weekly), I was thinking those times (Every other week from the reboot) could be a quick 30min-1 hour chat session to get players thoughts on the previous weeks changes.

Obviously as you say the GMs are busy with irl stuff (After all they do this in there spare time).

The amount of keyboard warriors and complete and utter dickheads on this server would put me against any sort of live chat.

That's probably one of the upsides of using some form of livechat, you are expected to follow rules and actually have a positive debate as opposed to some of the bashing done on a forum.

Any users not following said rules can easily be timed out/banned.

I will be the one going through all the bugs that have been reported, working out which ones have been solved, which ones are not actual bugs (e.g. meant to be like that) and then the ones which are still bugs will be reported to the devs to fix.

Please feel free to report as much as possible, giving as many details as possible, as to fix these problems, we have to re-create them ourselves.

I was thinking more of a way to discuss changes made as opposed to actually reporting bugs (The bug forum).

We (My place of work) find keeping in constant communication with the community (Chats, Twitter and Community game days) keeps a happy player base.
