[FIXED] Pro wall bug

Not sure if all skills are changing but here profield is not lasting as long as official(also just a quality if life thing) and at the moment it is only giving max ac. So buff is giving 0-12(of course dependant on current ac) whereas official would give 12-12ac which is much better and would help wars use not quite so much dura. Pro field at the moment is a level 39 skill and a very crappy version of Tao bless(only use it in yourself).

Fixed the length of time of pro field, also made it so you can't spam the graphic's client side... As for the amount to increase, I checked official code and only max is increased, also www.mir2resource.info confirms this.
