I seen the first fast and furious in 2001 shortly after release and I watched it around 20 times over in a week ever since that moment I started to love everything to do with cars he became my idol I was only 9 at the time. The film and himself were the reason I went into mechanics when I first left school I loved every last detail to do with engines! Unfortunately I couldn't follow my career in that path due to there being no jobs in that field of work but it really saddens me that it happened, like I said to my girlfriend though at least he died doing something he loved even if he wasn't the driver!!

I think that's just as case of the internet cried wolf.

many times before people have spread hoaxes about a death, only to find that when a death is actually real people believe it to be a hoax

When i first saw this at 3am i was hoping it was a joke, as there's normally 'jokes' like that floating around, until i put the news on and they said he actually passed. Went to bed all sad ;p. Could have been Miley Cyrus or something instead.

Vin diesel himself and ludacris made a post on twitter each, unfortunately is not a joke... As bad as it sounds I really wish it were some awful persons joke.

I think it was summed up pretty quickly that this was a rumor and that image it totally unacceptable to be posted here. It is not needed at-all...

Could have posted links to external page stating it was true without the gruesome image.
