Slaying fixed?

Can anyone confirm if Slaying is worth keeping or if it is still better to skip it?

ie. Does it still interrupt tdb/FS or has it been changed in anyway?

Don't think it ever interrupted FS it did TDB however, be nice if this skill could be toggled tbh!

I wouldn't class this as a bug... Slaying always interrupted TDB and I feel that it is necessary to break up some of the warriors power (especially in pvp).
