In all honesty the only db that was backed up was the character db, and as people had their names trolled and we got about 60 seconds of play, I am not to worried about loosing those... I am working as fast as I can to get something up asap...

When you say you don't have the databases?

Are you referring to the ones related to us? Or the DBs of Items/Mobs/Spells etc of the server?

In which case they're holding onto the only version? Bit silly? lol.

But if you mean the databases that relate to our information, just wipe it lol. We don't care, it's like 5 minutes of work haha

He said the Character DB was the ONLY backup he had....but simply didn't care about it cause of the trolling of stolen names.

Which is why I asked, has he left the ONLY version of the more important information such as Items/Mobs/Magic that he would prob spend a long time re-building in the hands of this company that may or may not get cute and wipe the servers?

Thanks for update, take your time, don't rush will only make problems, as your now on a new host, does that mean we can run patcher ?

If the stress test doesn't take place this weekend then it would probably be best to do stress test throughout the week and have people make their accounts / characters again so your prepared again for the re-release. Then the following weekend (friday) do the re-release so it's a weekend at least for those who work etc.

And for those who work weekends? Whenever it is released, it shouldn't have to be a weekend. For me it doesn't matter, I work random times, random days but I can play most of the time at work anyway. Anyway it has already released, so they will put it up asap like Sam said :P
