Alright go with ur theory, i assume your talking about when wizards get FF? Cool, ill just go tbolt till lvl 42, then rely on other people getting FF drop. I may even just farm chestnuts till 42 n save the cash to buy it. Wizards ruling endgame was before Assassins and Archers could 1 hit them.

Why are u playing a mmorpg then! If your content to play without others then build ur own server and keep it at 127.

I play a MMORPG to do just that.... Play. I dont play to chat....

Regardless, my gripe isnt with endgame (Cause were nowhere near it yet, shouldnt even be discussed. Its like discussing EvilMir drops on 1st day) or with wether Mir should be a chat room or not.... Its the recent change to ElecMinos. Im happy to grind to 42 or 45 for lvl3 FF. But i need a way to do it...................

Wizards suk against single targets

Wizards kick ass in aoe ur just now forced to hunt utha places besides PT all the time, U shud try get 2 wizards and goto bdd or psc etc, wizards these days are too bold with running in to AOE, if u take it careful u can do well anywhere with anutha tao and ts wiz in grp

Its just suuuuuper slow. Casters seem to be rooted for a split second after cast and also lack auto-run feature of most M2 servers.

Haha, this reminds me of AceM2 when a patch slowed the cast speeds for Wizards and caused quite the outcry. In the end I believe a halfway point was reached between how it was and the speed it was reduced to, which seemed to satisfy most people.

I wonder what the current casting "speed" is based on?

ok so we get FF at lvl45- yet stil have to toe to toe bosses...****ing stupid- a wizard is made soley to cast spells from distance, This game tottaly defeats the object. theres been a lot of changed in this game to make it his own, most good/brilliant changes, but now I think to much is been changed and he going over board. can't see a lot of people staying if it stays this way- most people I no that are wizzys have either already left or already saying they cant see them getting to lvl40 on this server.

Just give wizards shield for now and a lot of complaints will stop.
I have got lvl 35 and lack shield, tu, vamp, ice - yet its only shield that means sins are taking 80%+ of my hp per hit.
My god tbolt dmg and mob amc too though -.-

Might re roll sin - atm I expect it to change as it is so horrific...

Yes, it is balancing ....a process of which requires feedback and not little tarts like yourself complaining. If you got a problem with the way the class is balanced, then you say what you feel is different and how you would resolve the problem at hand. It is true that Wizards are the best endgame character and maybe some adjustments need to be made in the lower level stages to stop the likes of you winging like a little bitch and throwing all your toys out your pram.

It's down to the players to tell the developers of the game what's wrong and what's right, what you are doing is just childish.

Im pointing out that ONE change to a MOB AI is affecting one class dramatically. That is nothing to do with balancing.

But im not gonna argue with the likes of you on any matter, random name calling and such. Youll only drag me down to your level and beat me with experience.

I don't agree with how DaBop is addressing the issue and I was going to wait until level 40 to make one of these threads but in a much more polite manner, but to sum it up, I play a wizard on every server I play as many people probably know and with the current way they are now they are completely anti-fun. I could maybe accept dying in one hit if the enemy had more than just shop kit or it was my own fault due to not realizing magic shield dropped, but this is ridiculous at the moment. Also I don't see any even trade offers for dying in one hit either, absolutely 0 damage to back it up. However there is one thing that needs nerfing on a wizard in a trade off for damage, our frost crunch shouldn't last 7seconds or w/e it is on players.

improved bosses ai is great but for normal mobs its a problem due to not being able to fire wall and lightning level anymore, wiz pretty much have to t storm now which limits where we can hunt. The movement delay after landing a spell is going to make us easy targets for sins and wars too so I personally don't agree wit that. As for shield, its essential and wiz suck without it but give it time servers not been open for 2 weeks yet it will eventually end up in shop.
But people are overreacting.. wiz are still the best aoe and levelling class and the mobbed caves make tstorm hunts awesome, plus we can tame great pets healer ants and frogs so its not all bad
