Can anyone explain what morale does and what items i need for the set i.e :
wep, necky 1 ring, 1 brace or 2 rings 2 braces

Morale ? That's interesting - never heard of it either. Would be interesting if someone could shed some light on this

how u get a "strong" magestaff

It's on a few items. Claw necky, ruby rings, dragon rings. They all have some text that explains a mysterious bonus set but there are no items that match lol.

When em I mention all them I mean the like of strong claw necky not normal ones and swift gale necky.

well ofc they drop as he as one. heard archers in bw drop them try kill 1.

They randomly drop and have different or added stats to normal items also level req can change,
E,g, my mates had a strong 3rd eye bracer +1 ac mac Dc and agil or summit
