Anyhow cheesey it's merely a comparison. I personally consider dictatorships inferior to democracies and still stand by the value of innocent until proven guilty.
Hitler did explain his action but his view on life was twisted far beyond any reality I'd consider morally right. Guess all the power went to his head.

The point is that it isn't a good comparison as it in no way reaffirms the point you are trying to make.
In any case, as it is their server, I don't see why evidence should be presented. They will in no way benefit from randomly banning someone that hasn't come up on their radar.

Have you not read the other thread containing the ban list? Whether its a suspected list or not it aint just wadestreet on that list but primarily its wadestreet who are getting banned while others are getting "second chances"

Well if you don't believe there is that's your prerogative I have no beef with you. But in my world when someone has invested days/weeks/months in to leveling a character then it get suddenly banned I'd like to know why? Here's another comparison

There is definitely cheats in game and from the other leaked list i'm glad to see name's that i personally believe and have seen pop up several times have been flagged. Once a cheater always a cheater, no names mentioned but from the start I said a select few would cheat and they were flagged.
Good job team, glad to see your not turning a blind eye to anything due to money, friends etc.

I would agree if it were not for the fact that this is a private server, it's free access and the operators of the game reserve the right to do whatever they please in regards to the game.
After reading the several threads about the CheatingGate, i'm somewhat surprised that Avatar has used any cheats as he dies more times than Kenny from southpark.... Would love some 100% clarity on gamebooster as i've used this previously on my laptop but not for mir. And as my laptop is a crock of **** atm it wouild be handy to stop my 2 step lag lol.
When people mention game boost they usually refer to iorbit or razr. These are fine because all they serve to do is close uneccessary processes, startup programs w/e (tbh don't know why people don't just do it manually cause more often than not iorbit/razr booster has a negative effect on fps etc). The gamebooster in question (not iorbit/razr) is different to this in that it modifies the game client in order to achieve higher speed which as stated all the time ingame is a bannable offense.
im more inclined to think I need to format my laptop cos I aint got a clue tbh lol.
Do a factory restore if you can but if you do you'll still want to check what you've got running etc.
Open your gamebooster, look at what it's going to diable. Open MSConfig (via the windows search) and disable everything gamebooster has listed, avoid other things if you have no idea what they do (now you don't need shitty game booster anymore). Then get a program like advanced system care (free version) or w/e, turn on all options that are free and run a scan/clean of your computer, then make sure ASC is turned off in msconfig so the bugger doesn't start itself up :P. Try this and see what it's like, might make a difference or it may not.
There is a gamebooster with a red interface that lets you somewhat alter gespeed

Democracy where Nightscare? IRL your led to believe you have freedom of choice but you don't. Here we're governed by whatever the dev team deem to be fair, fortunately Samuel isn't related to Hitler and it seems he can govern with fairness after all (sometimes) but part of that is a fair trial otherwise we'll end up like North Korea.

Seriously, how could anyone whos been accused say anything apart from "I didn't do it". The cheat system has caught people cheating, they've been banned. Sam doesn't just go around manually banning people. This is an automatic system that detects people cheating. No trial or defence is required.
