I have a retarded idea! Lets just let the people who don't like having all the spells hunt for them, while us who actually like the change get our spells and go off to enjoy the game more.

Best idea ever.

The options their, have them or spend 6 years killing OK before you can fully enjoy your class.

Best of both worlds.

I imagine with the vote being exactly half and half. No action will be taken, a lot of people need to note a thread like this needs a heavy majority vote, if it changes with the votes so close it will cause more damage to the server than anything. However I hope it goes smoothly and the most reasonable choice to up the drop rate is chosen as a middle ground.

Why not just give boss points for books? Raither than gold, so even if you kill a boss and it drops ****, u still gain from it(would have to do it so that you cant trade these books when buying with boss points or else people will just have alts in Grp for points)

Always liked this concept. Could find it in Anarchy online or at least there I heard from it for the first time.It was used in a different way (to "bid" on boss drops with the points) but could work either way here.

No our option is to have the books drop in a sensible fashion and be able to drop off normal mobs.

Been saying this myself for a while but didn't dare suggest a WoW concept on these forums :p "Valour Points" from bosses/sub-bosses and "Honour Points" from PvP would bring Mir into this century.

Some things can be learnt from the large MMOs, they can keep a lot of it though. Points are a great idea as are titles and achievements. I'm waiting for World of Darkness.

It is a great poll, I think most spells in shop with the game changing ones as rares

May as well put all the weapons up to 40/41 in the shop, along with rings etc.

No challenge, no achievement - however, I would counter that with the current way the server is, 40/41 is like 2001's level 22.

Just keep in mind you have to entertain them for 40-80 (or crazy rebirth or whatever) and make adjustments as they require them, not necessarily how you'd like them.

What happened to Mir being Mir ? If you want easy games, WoW came out to sustain all that.

As good as this server's engine is, I'd rather play on one that kept pace with an 'official' timeline, rather than feeding the masses their quick fixes. If you don't like Mir, play something else.

I'd hope this server works off the basis that if enough of something is sold to the shops, the shops will produce them - like in Mir.

Comments like this are very stupid... How on earth is having access too all spells the same as having full 40+ kit. A spell gives more variety to the game, makes the game more interesting to progress through, items however you achieve by progressing the game and killing the harder bosses, items increase the amount of damage your spells can do - having the spell itself does nothing without the gear to improve it.

Have some of you actually played anything beyond mir? Mir is stupidly outdated with its current gaming experience, and the fact it has hardly any users(yes less then 500 is nothing within an MMO game), shows that beyond its current user count the server can't grow, only decrease unless drastic changes to the game are made.

The irony.

In all honesty, Sam should do whatever he wants, it's his server he shouldn't really go by what people want(if he does then it should be whichever wins, by any amount) cause no matter what he does you will all still be playing :D

I would like to see skills readily availible. Im a casual player and will not kill an omaking within the next 4weeks let alone any of the higher/harder ones.
I have zero chance of obtaining the skills my characters could learn from 3+ levels ago.. i have somewhat accepted this as my responsibilities come long before mir but it will effect my desire to play more snd more over time.

I would like to see them available not for money but for large grinding tasks. Maybe a list of requirments/segments with only 1 segment being completable every 24hours.
1)Donate 500k worth of ore to special npc (using special pick with account bound ore)
2)Kill 500 zumas
3)collect 30 cannibal leaves
4)earn x amount of experience
5) kill fake version of X sub/boss in a quest room.
Maybe min 7 days worth of requirments per skill book.

Probably a bad idea as it will equate slightly to pay to win and the only people winning will be the botters who sell gold for real cash.

If you going to go down this route then you may as well put them in your own Gameshop at least that way you going to get the cash and not the botters or people buying stuff with cash.

Dude, I dont know if you havnt noticed yet (Maybe your retarded)

But LIFE is Pay to win, i think the quicker you realise this fact the quicker you can get on with your own life and stop hating on people who are more sucessful and have managed to get out of the rat race, unlike yourself.

U mixed the real life with a game. For sure. Dont be stupid dude. U can not avoid the real life but ppl can choose any game. The player count on this server already showed that ppl vote by leaving or staying. Pay to win a game can only prove that ur a looser in real life cos u wish to prove in a game that ur a not a losser! A pay to win game will die quick. And then left those who think they paid to win this game. WOW had last for more than 10 years and still a lot of ppl playing it. Blizzard earn the respect of running a good game. They do know how to balance.

People like you who try to pay to win this game will kill this game and leave ur money worth nothing. We enjoy the game, but u enjoy the so called win. Thats the diff between u and most ppl who left the game already. U did not win in this game. It is the game that owned u. U R PLAYED BY THE GAME.

People called themselve successful behind a computer is a big joke. People who successful in real life dont need to say that. They dont need to tell u that they earn half mil a year. And a person earn half mil a year will not play over 20 hours a day to show their successful in a game. Dont be a kids dude. U still dont know real life yet.

Causal players will choose a server to play. They will contribute money to keep a server up but it need to be proved that the server is worth to pay.

With the drop file, ppl are leaving. They leaving cos they dont enjoy it. I m leaving also if the drop file wont change in the mean time. No fun to play with ppl who Pay to Win a game. Paying a lot of money to gain a advantage in a game will let the game less fun. I played WOW for many years and contribute fairly amount of money. WOW offered different way of playing to different class of players and ppl cant gain advantage just cos they pay.

For sure, u dont know how to do a good business. So dont call urself a successful person. It will be another joke.
