Drop rates and questions.

Now before everyone jumps on the this is a low rate server. Let me remind you. Euro was a low rate and had a better drop rate.

Now my beef is, in euro we had refining and gemming. I know both coming in 2.0.
Now gemming and refinding used items up and broke items. Yet there was still a fair number of items ingame.
My other concern is, that the drops files for euro mir are very availible think they was for 2.0 mir? Now this could give a good baseline and how rare to make items, and add other classes items in accordance.
Why can't these drops be used? Or at least the rates looked at on how you should use rates for bosses and normal mobs.

Are drops going to be changed for 2.0? When we have gemming etc? Or are we going to be gemming ruby rings?

And before people jump on the "ohh this is a low rate your a privet server player wanting it all on a plate" I was one of the best kitted wiz on phoenix server..

Try waiting until after 2.0 and let the devs do their job.

Aint as simple as that. More bosses here, lower r/s times than euro. You cant just copy rates like for like.

Every server has a different amount of bosses and sub bosses, and getting the balance takes time, youll just have to wait.

aye treading water, funny feeling it's all going down the drain though.. sam needs to sort the speeders NOW, beyond the joke, pretty soon it'll be half the server using them.

Yeah and theres a copuple other things to think about too.
Norman was the best kitted wiz on the least populated server and I am guessing that the game had been running for a couple years or more before you got your best kit.
Then I think euro dragon had 1000+ people playing regularly but in the last couple years it dropped to more like 400 or less and the drop files stayed the same so you have a different view of drops according to when you played.

perhaps because you're the only person a) getting drops to gem, b) getting gems and c) confident that you will get an item drop to replace something that you break.. maybe that's a nod to the amount of bosses you do, but for most folks, barely afford to scratch enough cash together for a semi-rare, hardly going to risk it gemming..

this is a fkin low rate fffs deal with it not a private server low rate but a low rate, low rate.
