PvPing as an Archer

So to me, playing an Archer is fun, but its unbelievably crap in PvP (not sure about group on group fighting)

It might just be me having an assassin where you just click the target, run like a nob then hit shift when you want to try strike, but having to hover over a moving target, while you don't move to try to hit something (and do it every single time) you can't kill sweet f/a it seems?

I might just be fighting wrong with them but they dont have anything but target attacks so its just better off to TT every time someone trys to hit you as you can't do anything else! haha

try turning your mouse sensitivity up u will be amazed how much difference it can make when u pvp.

I love archers, but they're really lacking in pvp due to bugs.

When i static and the target is running it does nothing, i have to put my self in a vulnerable position by stopping still so they stop and static hits them.. theres also the problem when you use spells they do nothing such as powershot which is such a vital skill but atm serves no use.

Archers need a mass repulse spell and bug fixed and they should be a solid class to play.

Really hope sam reads this because its such an unfair disadvantage for one class.

Just to make sure I've understood this correctly...
You are a ranged class, you can hit running targets, hell you dont even need to actually aim at the target to hit them (thanks static shot! not to mention the mob being used as the pillar can die and static shot still hits players), you can hit for 150+ easily with fairly basic dc (let's not mention arrow barage), yet you think it needs buffing?

Honestly, a decent archer in a fight is lethal but i see so many people playing them badly and it's almost frustrating. Archers aren't the strongest out of all the classes 1v1, but then it was fairly obvious from the offset they wouldnt be. But in a group they are dangerous. If you want to be able to pvp 1 on 1, create a tao.

If you are talking to me, I didnt say they needed a buff,
But my main issue is when you get in a scrap in a cave, static bounces dont hit them if they are running (not sure if this is WAI)

Lets also not mention Arrow Barrage as there is 1, possibly 2 archers with it ingame?

You're right I do have good DC kit but the class is a very capable class, some classes shine in shop kit others require good kit. I can very nearly be 2 shot on my archer, I can appreciate that and act accordingly. We have a lot of strengths and weaknesses and you just have to play to our strengths. Once you get good DC it is epic, with 2.0 coming out and new items I foresee a lot more Archers having good DC kit.

Tbh archer rips apart any class that uses pets or clones IE wiz and tao. If your dumb enough to summon your clone or pets next to you while fighting a archer your going to get slapped down in now time. A certain clone wizzy learned that the hard way the other night

A good arch can make a fight unbearable for everyone.

More dc ingame can only mean bad news for an arch if you already nearly get 2 hit

Level 46 sin is a 2 hit from a warrior with dc 60. No red poison either. Will be the same for taos and archers, but luckily they dont need to toe to toe so the chances are alot less than for a sin

Most of the people who play mir don't care that much about pvp. (less that 25% the survey said)They fight when they have to. This why USA survived and was like it was. That's why eternals lasted so long.
You go on about playing the class well but its about who has pc knowledge to setup to be fast and who lives nearest the exchange. Not skill.
Kitting out char for result is not difficult to work out is it?
