Easter Event and 1.9 Patch (18/04/2014)

Hey All,

The Easter weekend is closing in and the team have been preparing an event that everyone can join in and gain from.

The name of the game is to hunt rabbits and harvest eggs that will drop stack-able items used to craft Easter gear as well as being reasonable EXP for their difficulty. Easter gear consists of a Necklace/Bracelet/Ring/Boots/Shoes that are well stated at 0 weight and level 1, however, Easter gear has a life expectancy and when it has expired it is useless.

Those of you seeking something more permanent from this event can taken on the Ultimate Easter Craft Challenge, to craft a medal (far bottom right slot) that will give you a small stat increase.

The gameshop will also consist of limited items that can only be purchased during this weekend.

The final patch of this saga (1.9) will also be released on the same day and will consist of the following changes (this is a point in time, so there is room for more changes):
- Increased drops across all bosses.
- Rare items at a high rate to normal mobs across multiple caves.
- Medallion slot opened (bottom right corner).
- Hum Effect Medallions added to gameshop.
- Decreased casting times (this is a small decrease to make casters feel less sluggish).
- New Anti speed hack software.
- More to come...

Increased cast time, well, I can see what you're trying to do and maybe your right.
I hope it works that way but you probably wanted to make that a "stealth" change, as that's gonna be what people rage about for the next week or so :P

We try not to do ninja edits regardless of all the fake crys :P.

Lets hope this anti cheat software works as there are plenty in game cheating and nothing is being done regardless of reports.

It's all bosses.

Let's hope it's not too drastic, as some bosses need their drops upping more than others. Currently it's pointless hunting zt/mtk etc, however it seems as though OK/OKS/orc subs are dropping reasonably well and therefore dont need buffing quite so much.

In theory whatever he has changed you haven't wasted your time, unless you don't enjoy playing the game.

Well if items/skills start dropping all over the place that people have spent DAYS/WEEKS hunting for would you not be annoyed?

Would you not be annoyed if all your items suddenly go from being worth "somthing" to being worthless in 1 update?



Just like a week or so ago, when Gaxes and stuff had some value to them and were "hardish" to obtain...... people cryed....... sam changes drop files to suit the crybabys........ Gaxes and other weapons become worthless overnight as they just seem to mass drop now........ GG, thanks alot.......

No1 has even mentioned the event lols. So, as I said on facebook...can we have the event for a little longer than 3 days? 5-7 days maybe? Its easter weekend and no doubt quite a few ppl will be spending time with family etc. Id like to know how long the crafted event items last. Are they for 3 days, if so hardly seems worth collecting to make them. I hope they will not expire til a week or 2 after events done . Also looking forward to these new medallion thingys. Gud job. Now fix the ingame clock plz

The event items should give the masses better means to find the changed drops faster.
