Exp is not fine although the secret reason behind it makes sense lol. Sam wants people to take ages getting past the content he puts in so he has time to sort the next bit of content and bugs out.
I'm hoping this is the case, and that Sam can perhaps find a balanced manner to slowly ramp experience to make later game content released more accessible to the mass (AKA not those few who play 10 hours daily) as he releases it.
Common sense would indicate better server success when the server gets geared toward the average working joe with the few hours a night to play, not the lower junkie population who have 3 years on their hands to get to 56 :P
Presently the server content is ahead of most server players accessibility. Finding that balance between exp., content placement, and accessibility is certainly not an easy task, but definitely not one to just be ignored.
TL: DR in my opinion early leveling could actually do for scaling back/slowing down, higher levels need a bump in the faster direction.
