Quests after rewind

Hi.
Ive tried to complete a quest (still shows active) yellow quest above head but when i "accept" the reward i get a "sorry you have already done this"
No biggie atm but a heads up that tgey are now out of sync

I have this bug before the rewind, I completed temple report quest, then when i spoke with benjamin he gave me the quest " Unruly zumas" + "temple report" again.. and when i try to deliver unruly zumas it says " you have already done this" referring to Temple Report, so i cant go forward with quest

My second characters starter quest is still broken, meaning he is unable to get a mount at the moment. I appreciate its a very early quest, but I would like to be able to use this name and class.

If its possible to get to having a mount, I will skip the rest of the low lvl quests.
