So, just something ive noticed aboit this server. Kind of thinking out loud, and quite frankly a little drunk
Theres a hell of a lot of ppl on this server who are guildless, much more so than other servers iv played.Whats the reason for this uthink? At first It cud be explained by the rareness of horns and also the guild cap. Cant see the reason now tho...apart from ppl being content wiv solo hunting. I personally think this contributes to ppl quitting as they get bored faster. One guild seems to have become dominant which I didnt think would happen on this server due to the cap. Reducing the cap further I dont think would help? But what's ppl's opinions on boosting guilds/ competition and getting more ppl to join guilds etc.

The only reason you lot win fights is cause of the insane speed advantage you have over every other person/guild. Not to mention nearly every curse10 member is pay to win.

haven't u met the xele( does it rhyme with smelly or is it zeeeleee) crew before Allison? They only play if they can have advantages over everyone else.
I reckon most people are guildless here because none of their mates are playing simple as that.
Someone else said this server somehow isn't fun.
Being told to fight isn't fun. Being manipulated into fighting isn't fun. You might want players to fight and try to micro manage, stop. Having to fight superfast ppl isn't fun

Being guildless also reduces the chance of being randomly attacked for some reason.

There are ALOT of people that just want to chill, chat n hunt but get drawn into fights they cant win because of completely pointless pkin.
People that pk lower levels that have nothing worth killing for and arent competing for a boss just ruin the game for casual players.

Either high rate or low rate servers all die eventually and if you ask me I think acem2 fared better over time with a lot less whining

No one that i know of, in guild are using cheats. Remind me, how many C10 members have been banned? So this b/s about us cheating lacks any evidence.

Reducing the cap does little to stop C10 from dominating, its not the numbers, its the ability to use our brains, that makes the difference. Its mir, not exactly the most complex of games, but so many are struggling on here.

Do note there's a difference between knowledge and brains someone can be smart but doesn't mean he'll know how to handle any boss or abuse certain mechanics which are even unknown to him. And it's not like you can do alot of research on this game since it has "died" ages ago.

As for dominating the server.Once you reach the top and your guild is maxed out there is a low chance there will be a rivaling group since there aren't that many players anymore that 2 guilds can team up to beat one and then there's the problem of teamwork thus beating a dominating force is one of the things that aren't realistically possible on here anymore unless samuel would smoothen up his client so it will have 60 fps for everyone (since this game is old as hell and the reason we have low fps is just cause he coded it terribly or whoever made it) I'd suggest him optimizing it and then the disparity between players will lower.
example(mir 3 has same graphical intensity but could run at 100x the fps am2source runs at, and i think if samuel would drop the cap lot's of people wont even pass the 500 fps cap.

Standard tactic, any guild that looks strong ish attack solo ers and low levels constantly so they leave the guild. Plus vicious "banter" whenever possible. Puts people off joining guilds.
Knowing and manipulating game mechanics gives an advantage. Nuff said.
There isn't a way to level the field if some are determined to have an advantage by any means possible

This is exactly why its best to be guildless. People like to argue with 1 person, then turn that entire persons guild KoS.

Haha cant even remember posting this! Nevertheless, it does worry me that when 2.0 comes there will be a large percentage of the server missing out because its high lvl content that solo players will struggle with if not grouped. Maybe a group only cave like battleground would help?

There is low and middle level content as well so they're not completely missing out on new content.

Never had a problem before myself, Won plenty of fights against c10 with my group. Without them the servers pretty boring.

No one in C10 is fast atleast in my opinion. Shak is actually good at pvp, has **** DC tho lol. Most of the rest are just geeks that use game mechanics to their advantage. IE meds hiding behind shinsu so no one can target or untaming pets in orc warlord kr then trap hexing to get invincible mob wall. Oh wait did I just let one of their secrets out :O

The worst thing for me on this game is nobody can just have a fight and say "yeah you're decent lol. Good fight" there is no being friendly on this server.

If I lose to a good player in pvp I'll simply accept that they was better than me, no grudge. It's a fun fight. People with more ego than sense really annoy me.

Too many guilds share this, there is no humble pvpers. If they win there's gloating and smack talking and it's all too immature for my liking.
