The New Drops

Just curious (I know it's still a lot of time to tell) but what does everyone think of the new drops/quests?

I personally have gotten more interested since BH started changing the drop files, and the user count seems to be more active around the clock, rather then just at a 'peak time'.
I've not had too much luck until this morning, but the majority of pots and new quests have made me want to level (passively) while doing the quests...
I am actually really enjoying Mir again...

Do "normal" mobs drop owt decent? Say mobs in PSC?

I only got to 34, but if theres a slight chance of me getting something decent to sell from a normal mob, i may be tempted to give it another go. (I'm a solo player so don't kill many bosses)

The drops are designed to drop gems at a semi good rate.

The reason for this is simple, item breakage and also I believe that if you have gone to the trouble to hunt and kill a boss you should at least get something, ie a beni, gem, sewing kit, special torch etc

Is it just stuff from the list above or better items, IWT spawns 9 per spawn so it made their drops a little rarer then a normal boss.

We've killed 20 or so of them and had at least 6 adamantine belts, 1 power ring, fair few benes, some other **** I cant recall atm. They are dropping abit much

Should be like this, same for Webs, Ghouls etc that mass spawn.

Ghouls and webs etc are already like this same as ET

I will look into adding this for the next reboot and of course adjust their rate for the time being.

i do not think iwts drops should be changed
you only have to limit the rarity of the items - for example it may drop a powerring but it may not drop an omaspiritring..

as it is the only boss every one can kill ! gives the lower players a chance to kit up while the big boys go for the big bosses get the higher tier kit.

I think IWT's should have for every real there be a 'fake'
Fake will still drop pots and such but it's there as a filler

9 droppers is a bit much, even if its power rings and the like - more chance of getting added stat stuff... 9 bosses in 1 room to me was always bizarre.

Also I can confirm that normal mobs do drop decent skyline, just farm them like crazy

But this isn't a moan thread, just to see what people think so far ^.^

IWTS dropping gems, torches at a nice rate, I killed 3x spawns and needed up with afew torches and an evil slayer gem

completely agree. Gems are consumable so will take items out of game and also will find a price as people always want to improve their kit so will buy them.

Tbh i dont think iwt should be changed. Atm people are hunting there. It's abit like euro used to be. afew groups in iwt.

i believe the spawn every 30 mins too? .. So maybe make them every hour or something? I think the problem is just the sheer amount of them that spawn. The things they are dropping are spot on, just a little to often bud. Apart from that, from what ive seen the drops are looking really good

if its a good place to go, then whats wrong with that? the servers been drop starved for months!
also there could be a good few pvp fights if its worth the visit so much.

The server needs something to PVP over since oks room been changed oma cave outside kr is one of the best PVP areas that iv noticed on mir2

It doesnt make any sense... Why leave IWT to drop more items than anywhere else on the server? Its just pointless hunting other bosses.

I personally hate the new drops broke 4 items last night and 7 no effects only 1 gem succeeded then broke it this morning. Damn you all!!!!!!
