hey previous player here i'm thinking about returning, a few questions

1. are cheats gone? people like JustinBeiber, ZombieSenpai etc, have the players been banned and the cheating stopped?
2. is higher lvl books in game? FF, Bliz?
3. when is the new patch coming?
4. is leveling past 44 fixed / viable yet?

Many cheats have been blocked and a large portion of the cheating community have gone to other servers (Obviously it is to and throw with cheats, its a never ending battle for us).

2. is higher lvl books in game? FF, Bliz?
Drops have been and will continue to be tweaked, I don't believe two specific spells have dropped yet.

3. when is the new patch coming?
There will be an announcement tonight about the patch, but in short its going to start going in as of tonight.

4. is leveling past 44 fixed / viable yet?
Same as it has always been.

I havn't had too many problems with cheats recently. Drops have been changed and I think are now in a good place.

Level 44+ is slated to be changed in 2.0 (in some fashion, be it a monster exp change or a level change or new content etc) from what GM's have mentioned in other posts. I and many others agree this is a much needed area and it appears the GMs have taken notice.

I dnt know how looks cheating there so cant say. Some guys from canada/australia are faster than me living in poland while server is france. Tht is strange for me as fk.

Cheats will always be around, you find ways to block them, but then they'll find other ways to bypass.

Even that TKO guy posted that he was undetectable under a certain speed.
