BH and sam have both said that it drops from fire monsters, they also said that the monsters it drops from seem to be killed much less than the monsters that drop poison cloud for example.
I'd say it drops from bosses and monsters alike mirking/left guard for example. Plenty of other 40+ books haven't dropped yet so just wait it'll happen

FF was always really rare from drops on every official server I played. There's profield rage curse, shadow step swift feet that are rare. You dont see those classes posting once a week.
New skool p servers made it easy.
New drop files been ingame a couple weeks seen some different things dropping. Go hunt places you dont usually go, kill some different mobs stop killing the same old stuff that doesnt drop what you are so agonisingly desparately wound up and stressed about. You have enough clues.

For how rare it is/has been, I'm not sure what the reaction would be if it turns out to be very poor (Damage).
Tko has a flame field book dropped 2 days ago, goin to first wiz in guild that hits 45 so they an benefit guild with lvl 3, unfortunately this won't be me dropped in lost shop strangely won't say what from

its obvious its not guna drop if what sam and bh say is true.
no1 kills minoes or woomas anymore, they are the only things i can think of that have anything to do with fire.

It was a genuine question not a complaint. if it had dropped i would now start looking for it and would give me motivation to get to 42.

He only has a bad reputation because he basically owns everyone lol? .. In actual fact, I would personally say hes the most trust worthy person on the server. I trusted him with all my items / accounts, and hes been loyal to TKO, when he could of sold his gear for 400 quid + so fair play to him.

Thinking that if there was a wiz with FF ingame you would know because
That wiz would be standing in BW sz casting FF to show that he has it so someone would have told you or you would have picked up a telepathic mir message

+1 he gave me back my medallion that I dropped in bdd and I didn't even know he grabbed it, most on server would've scooped it up and not said a thing to me , so he can't be too bad. People gotta learn to let things go.
