The email linked to both of your accounts foggon1987 and foggon1981 is the same email account
so you can request a new password for both accounts using the request password button on the client login screen
also I have reset the error count of 19

The was a typo in the email address on the account, you had .co..uk (2 dots)
This is the reason for the error
I have reset the email and the error count on the accounts and everything should work now
