BH can you please clarify which bosses are classed as high tier, and which are medium tier.

Also which are on the one drop system, and what method of draw the others are on?

Drops and drops system are not discussed with players (it would be unfair on the players who do not read this forum)

After 11+ years of Mir I am sure you lot can work out what is an end game boss and what is a mid game boss :P

AS I have said I will look at the systems again but the rate for level 50+ items is rarer then the level 40+ items
I can just make the level 50+ items rarer and then the random system will have a higher chance to pick out a mid level item

As I have always said drops need to be adjusted at points during the lifetime of a server, depending on players needs.
And also with the mid level one drop system players will have a better chance to get mid level items (still an element of random)
You have as much of a chance of getting a power ring as you do a boundless ring, it just depends on which one the random system picks to drop.

He didn't say which ones dropped 50+ items to be fair.

Could be DD that dropped them, which i think is fair that DD drops such items.

Seen quite a few of theses low -mid boss drops over the last few weeks..DD mainly benes IZT to get a drop from him countless kills rqd imo BL drops trash after trash last 2 were serpent swords RME lvl 50+ items IWT green bead at best IKH power ring if ur lucky ETs smash items if ur lucky normally crap EC never bothered Frozen to many 50+ items FB good on occasion

Rme dropped a lvl 57 item the other day.. bosses around that level should be dropping level 35-39 items imo

How much work would it be to have 52+ items taken out for a while? is it something that can easily be changed?

Our guild is just starting to kill the high tier bosses when possible and so far we've had 3 drops that would be called good drops, 1 lvl 47 Tao brace that 1 person on server can use(?) and already has I believe, and 2 items that even Bullpit is probably 6 months away from reaching. Nothing anybody in guild can liekyl ever use, and worthless to sell aswell, you can currently pick up lvl 57 gear on Tm for 2mill........and nobody wants it

Its a running joke in our guild atm that there are 2 sub bosses in mid tier places that are dropping 10x better than any mid tier boss or high.

Its barely worth the time to run to the boss once you've found and killed the sub.

RTZ was dropping at an alarming rate and was altered immediately. Crystal spider drop was extremely rare too. Lower the rates on the 51+ items and then hopefully more mid items peep through from the likes of coll. Still getting plenty of level 43 weapons, 40 + spells so please factor in how removing 50+ items would increase the drop rates of these.

As as I see it 40+ weps are fine, so is the spell drop rate, only accessories seem to drop at such a low rate, which is why orgasmic have benefited so much from foxes.

A few weeks of these drop rates will be fine I think, seen quite a few level 37 and level 40 accessories pop up In TM. Guilds are killing zumataurus, bone lord and minotaurking most spawns whereas before no one touched them.

I made a suggestion a few weeks ago that all accessories level 50+ should be tradeable with an npc for the level 37 class equivalent. This wouldn't be the case for armours and the weapons as they are attainable and have worse stats in some cases.

it would mean that drop rates aren't affected, guilds who have been collecting these items for months don't miss out and also it would keep the items available for those in the group who can wear them.

i.e. Pledge ring from yimoogi, give it to the npc and he gives you a boundless instead.

What id say to that matey there are like 2 people that are 50+ and there are plenty items for them hence bullpits kit and theres hardly any lower level kit for the majority of the server if anything it should be the other way round again I appreciate hard work.

Iv no problem with the 1 drop system, but is there really anybody that would care that lvl 57 items aren't dropping? you can barely give them away at the moment, they just use up storage space.

The exchange idea sounds good to me, atleast then the drops will be useful within the next 6 months.

Maybe adjust drop rate for foxes, pb omas, numbs etc to drop some 33-40 items? Have done 33-42 on 2 chars, highest drop item is powering x3 between both chars. Would give more benefit for hunting cave mobs/levels and general overall kit. A little reward for leveling aswell. Cheers :)

i think pb should be dropping the odd bokma,boundless or equivalent items/books (35-42 stuffs) i had FF from a winged oma on orig game,that said it should b uber rare.

foxcave should be dropping ores,stones,(runes) gems at a reasonable rate,fox items and skills such as curse from white foxes at a rarer rate,i even had FF from a red frog spider on euro!

case maybe that these are in the dropfiles there but all ive seen is m stones,shop gear and admin orbs
