You nerf AB so tht it cnt really 1 hit(3 shots) from far away only able to get a chance on 1 hitting ppl @ close range so risking ur own life to take anothers yet just now in izt a wiz from like half a screen + away is doing over 700+ damage with blizard on a warr and 1 hit a tao??? if ur gunna balance classes out take a look @ them all not just 1 or 2

I think you need to compare your kit to this wiz. I got one hit by level 1 AB at about 3 paces away (lv44 wiz). Cant say thats underpowered?
Cant say I have ever been one hit by blizzard...I have by meteor strike, but then thats lv49.
Anyway if you are an archer and you cant kill a wiz, you need help :P

Level 3 blizzard with 95 MC (bellissimas+joes kit?) I'd expect a lucky hit to be 130 MAX or so each one of the strikes. Unsure where 700 comes from but Taoists have lower HP than assassins I think people forget they are also squishy. 42 Taoist is approx. 350-370 HP

Varaka is using Bell's kit, and would be close to MC100? So with level 3 Blizzard, i'd expect it to hurt a bit.

Yeah if that didn't 1 hit me I'd be disappointed!
wizards are glass cannons and as archers and assassins we should be moving a lot and so never get caught by all 3 strikes on low HP

Was the target taking damage from mobs / clone / deva/ soul fireball? = Yes ( during parts of the fights)
Was blizzard lvl 3 ?= Yes
Does it do 700 damage on a single target? = No ( don't know where you pulled this number from)
There are big disadvantages in using this skill, will I tell you? = No
With the MC I was pumping I was a little disappointed with the damage output but if it helps team member get the killing blow its good.
The skill is fun and I am really starting to enjoy wiz, after the months and months of playing an underpowered class im happy I stuck at it .

Just pointing out that as the new formed orgasmic we have 4 wizards with blizzard, it doesn't need nerfing. Varaka is the equivalent of depress in 120-130 DC (aspeed kit on) rage on hitting 300 flamesword which he can hit without red poison and yellow poison. That's 420 with both active. Wizards were always the monsters in euro, I think we've just been used to 5 months of them being shut away and finally they've been unleashed.

Exactly this, Wizzys got screwed from the start and now that they are finally taking on the rightful name of glass cannons, the idiots who didnt see it coming are now getting their arses handed to them... for a warrior to go 1v1 with any range class is a pain in the arse.... and thats how it should be... throw red poison, deva or clone into the equation.... forget about it lol

Sin have a pretty easy time dealing with this so long as they have the relevant skills (of lower level than blizzard)
when backstab comes into play alongside shadow step and swiftfeet I cant imagine a wizard wanting to risk casting this...
I have none of them, so when i see a wiz casting bliz i suck my balls right up inside and hope for the chance to get a coupld of shots in, i usually end up rting...

Have to agree with the above replys, those skills hurt like hell! But so they shud! Only way is for our sins to tele next to them and drop them quick while they r rooted.
Makes the big pvp more fun.

Every time team gets a skill its op and has to be nerfed. Q.Q wish dark body would have been that way tho lol
