There's been concern expressed about certain skills and players for a while now and nothing resolved.
Maybe make yourself available for a major boss fight (hard to assertain when one will kick off I know) and observe the players and skills in question.
Blizzard may not hit 700hp from your tests, but it wiped me out from over 400hp...
I have been there and I have been watching them.
Any player I have seen that has said a spell has hit them for 400+ has had no MAC and no magic defense, has been red and green poisoned and also getting hit by other spells.

I love it, Walerans meteor strike does way more damage than level 3 Blizzard but no ones said anything about it because it's a high level spell and it should hit hard as ****, same should apply to Blizzard. Cry more.

Bh u ever thought of making a char and lvling it and getting in one of the guilds in question ie team and just seeing the DMG there knocking out? I'm sure depress been mentioned Toni numerous times doing 800 DMG in two hits dashing you from miles away or killing you from four spaces away true may be a slow connection but I can't see everyone being slower than him as winters said sort it observe watch check join the damn guild

Your attitude is terrible. I'm going to assume you're very young. Your guild is most likely completely bugged out. It's a very rare occurrence that happens when YOU forget to remove yourself/someone from the leadership position when moving to a normal position, happened to myself on Euro with ShinraInc. The guild will most likely have to be deleted and re-made. Stop harassing BH about it.
I personally play on a separate unknown character and pvp/fight people myself whenever I hear people talking about cheats. Depress is no faster than me and I was called a cheat too - this speed can be gotten legitimately, I even wrote a guide on how to do so on this forum with video's showing you the differences in speed.
But seriously - if you have no proof, don't post. Effectively you're doing this:
"Winters is botting, can you sort this out please?"

I have helped you, I have told you the guild is bugged, caused by making yourself a normal guild member, it can not be fixed and even if it could the way you are talking and posting means its not going to be anywhere near the top of my list.

Lol koriban depress is much quicker then you .... I'm quicker then you and most the time I struggle to keep up with him, I also know what set up he's running .... Its very similar to my own and there is nothing legitimately I can do to achieve anymore speed so without accusing anyone maybe he could explain how he is that much quicker then everyone else..? After all if he is that much better then everyone else as he claims and he isn't winning due to hitting people from the other side of the screen then he won't mind playing on a even playing field surely..? :P
