Omaking/Omakingspirit

Playing Taoist and then assassin one of my favourite bosses to find/kill is omaking. Originally on a Taoist (up until 3 weeks ago) I could count on omaking to spawn almost bang on 3 hours every time, OKS was a rare occurrence and 1/2 a day was most likely, sometimes not spawning for 2 full days.

This past 10 days however I've been camping OK like there's no tomorrow, it's spawn times seem to have reduced quite a bit to 2h30 and I'm spawning about 5 OKS a day it seems crazy, now OKS seems to spawn every kill.

Last Friday and today 6 OKS spawned consecutively. Most days 4/5 will spawn.

Have you changed the spawns of both of these bosses? Or is it just a very very very unlikely occurrence.

I'll make a start.

You would not be complaining about this if you were also getting the OKS which were spawning.

On the flip side, we've gone many a day without an OKS spawning, unless it was very early in the morning (2-6am)

Not a complaint you've misunderstood me, simply asking if the spawns have been changed. Personally I absolutely hate OKS. I put 100% effort in for it in TKO because it was fun, suddenly seems like a chore now.

Also I was inquisitive as I know that redeyeskull drops were changed, so thought this may have been an effort to increase their drops.

While your on OKS - has anybody else noticed the dodgy spawn banners, and is this a bug?

Quite a few times in the last week or 2 on comms weve had everybody get a banner at the same time as usual, but some people would get lost ship (which seemed the correct one) and some would get the OKS banner instead.

Or are their spawns linked in some way im not aware of.

If OKS spawns at the exact same time lost ship opens and closes I assume there's a mix in messages.

I'd say they are not linked at all, just they happen at similar times from week to week.

It's when you cancel the message, ie press escape when the message is up. When the next message appears, the older one you cancelled will appear first.
