A reason to own sabuk

The guild that owns sabuk wall takes a tax each week from the guild funds of all the guilds in game, if guilds fail to leave enough cash in there fund, they are unable to recruit new players.

interesting idea,
the other guilds paying tax to be in the same land as the castle holders is interesting.

First they need to fix sebuk wars so that they actualy start
secondly they need to close off the palace and make it a war not a stand and hit 1 spot
(aimed at all guilds ever on any mir not just 1, its a standard and effective tactic and i understand why people do it, its crap tho.

I really like the idea of a tax to other guilds, I just wonder whether it penalizes the smaller guilds, who possibly recruit more than those established guilds that close books on recruitment quite often. The penalty of no recruitment wouldn't matter to them.

What about a fee to enter the KRs associated with the area of sabuk only.. NPC taxman at the door to ZT, MK, FB, LDC? Those guilds that kill lots of bosses (i.e. the bigger, richer ones) get taxed the most)

how about.. when a guild wants to war sabuk owners (no idea how much it is) that guild has to pay double and the extra goes to sabuk owners funds (i mean the 180mins war)

Cause sw is severly broke on chrons....

Only just get 20% discount no cash goes into wall from sales as it used to. And tbh refine ahould be a thing only sw owner members should do. Or risk reduced to sw members due to him working harder to ahow his loyalty to the sw holders
