What's happening? Are sword Oma's gonna be changed to tame 5?

I assume you've capped the spiders in vipers to 1 aswell? Will this be changed? No point lvling to 53 if there still locked at 1 pet

I think the limitation is fair as it stands, there is nothing stopping you taming different types of mobs e.g. having a group of pets that consisted of:

1x BlueViper
1x YellowViper
1x SwordOma
1x AxeOma

And something like a FrostTiger/Crystal Spider.

At least I don't think there is anything stopping you.

I think If you tame a special pet, then you can not tame another one.

For example,
If you have a FrostTiger, then you can not have FeederAnt.

By the way, BlueViper, YellowViper and AxeOma can not be tamed according to the website.

ATM like cn said u can only tame 1 spec pet (which is correct) otherwise u could have
1. K haz
2. Crystal spider
3. Feeder ant
4. Frost tiger

all these normal mobs such as sword Oma's spiders from vipers etc you should be able to tame 5 jus like tongs or frogs or anything, (these are all normal mobs) I dnt see why it should be different jus cause they are a higher level?

no pet will be as gd as the blue frogs.... They are great for everything why can a wizz tame 5 of theses and not sword Oma's? It baffles me lol

I think there should be far more reward for each level 50+, for all classes.

A reward doesnt mean making them OP. Taming 50 sword Omas is exactly that. 1 sword oma and 4 blue frogs is bad enough.

I couldn't agree with Phawk more here, and it is why I added the limitation in the first place... I have added a note to our patch planning to ensure there are some new tamables in our next release, however, the fact that they are tamable will effect their stats, pets should support wizards not make them end game (in my opinion).

sword Oma's are the same as Brwn frogs with slightly more hp if anything they are abit slower

if u limited these to 1 to stop wizzies becoming op you should limit the blue frogs to 1 because they are much better in all situations

weather it be bouncing a boss or constant flinch in pvp...,, I'm still baffled why these slow Oma's with low dps have been limited

Blue Frogs have significantly less HP, and a much lower average damage than Sword Omas... Granted they are ranged, but their AI means they tend to miss more often than and they go through phases of not attacking...

Blue Frogs are also a lot harder to tame than Sword Omas would be due to their surroundings; finding 5 Sword Oma's in PB is a 5 minute job, finding 5 Blue Frogs in Fox Cave is a much harder process.

Blue frogs should be limited to 1 also. Having 5 on them is a constant flinch on players. On other servers, these frogs were dumb as ****, and would hit someone once, then forget who they were and wander around like a retard with an icecream. On here, they hit a lot more often. Hence why every wiz uses them, and solo's most bosses.

Blue frogs are not hard to tame. Since you can RT in 1st in Fox cave, it's pretty easy to find them on their own.

2. Spawn 5 blue frogs in a room, run around and laugh at the constant flinch then tell me what's a better mob to have as a pet

Let me refresh your memory to a few little hours ago, when it was suggested you tame 5 blue frogs, your response was

Blue frogs are a pretty kick ass pet, theres not a lot better than it, except maybe winged omas, or foxes themselves, if they were tameable.
