I always thought there was 2 types of mob
1. Living (can be tamed if high enough lvl)
2. Dead (can be tu'd if high enough lvl)

i no on ace u changed things such as not being able to tame a Tao fox

and making it so u can't tu the mobs in frozen

so what's the dealio, not talking about the stupid high lvl mobs in Orc or hell but the lvl 50mobs ish

what lvl is it to tame/tu say the mobs in fox / frozen? Or are these mobs special and cannot be tu'd or tamed?

There will be an option to disable certain mobs from being TU'd / tamed.

This is to stop the bosses from being tamed etc.

I hope so. I cannot believe that wizards are meant to be running round tu ing most of the mobs on a map. That archer room in bdd is an example of not a good idea.
Euro there were no updates no fixes no changes except ideas the staff there could manage.(badly mostly, though we were all grateful they bothered at all.) I cannot beleive that allowing wiz to tame crystal spiders frost tigers and such and then level them is good. If they insist on having such pets then they should not be able to level them.

Basically, originally (euro) you had a single on/off switch for undead which would allow undead mobs to be tu'ed but not tamed, and non undead mobs to be tamed and not tu'ed... I know this is pretty common knowledge, but wanted to set the grounding :P.

We wanted more control over our monsters... Monsters like Foxes etc we didn't want being tamed or tu'ed... So we have individual toggles for each skill that can manipulate monsters for example a monster might have the following database settings:

Hallucination: Yes
TurnUndead: No
Tame: No
Entrap: Yes

This enables us to stop bosses ever being tamed/tu'ed/entraped etc and gives us more control over monsters in general.

I do plan on redoing the monster section of the site to show more of these details, but for this the website will need a slight redesign (to make it wider to fit more information).
